Current member but can’t login?
If you paid for membership BEFORE 8th May 2026, you will NOT be able to login and manage membership online as any previous account details will no longer work. Your current subscription will NOT automatically renew. You will receive an expiry notice with details on how to renew your membership expires, including a renewal discount.

I am trying to renew expired or expiring membership, but I can’t login?
Please renew via the main membership page and follow the instructions to make a new account. Any previous account details will no longer work.

Will my membership automatically renew?
All new Silver memberships purchased after 8th May 2026 WILL automatically renew. Automatic renewal on Gold membership plans is optional.
All old memberships, placed before 8th May 2026, will NOT automatically renew. You will receive an email around the time of expiry to notify you that your renewal is due.
I thought membership always renewed automatically?
We have a new website and membership programme as of May 2026, which has meant that your membership for 2026 will NOT renew. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
