Our Membership Terms & Conditions

Only one discount can be used at a time. Eligible concession and online-only discounts will be applied automatically on renewal, limited time discounts will not apply on renewal. We’re a volunteer-run community group and operate on a trust-based policy. We may occasionally ask for proof of eligibility for discounts. If requested, this must be provided to keep your membership and discounts active and we reserve the right to withdraw membership without refund if eligibility is not met. Membership and benefits are for the named member(s) only and must not be shared or abused. We reserve the right to cancel membership without refund where these terms are not followed. Guests are welcome at our events and we suggest a small donation for non-members entry. Children attend open days free. All members are automatically signed up to receive our newsletters and membership emails. Please check your junk or spam folder and add our membership email address to your contacts. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please contact us to be removed from the mailing list. Membership benefits, discounts and offers may change from time to time. We will always aim to communicate any significant changes to members where possible. We’re proud to be a friendly, welcoming community and simply ask everyone to treat our volunteers and staff with the same kindness and respect we show to our members, and by becoming a member, you agree to respect our community, our volunteers and our staff, helping us ensure that the organisation remains a positive and welcoming place for everyone.
