  About us...
The Tortoise Club is a non profit and voluntary group with headquarters in Norfolk UK. We offer support, advice as well as rescue and re homing help with our friendly, dedicated and knowledgeable team. Many of our team have over 40 years experience in tortoises rescue / welfare. The group has been established for nearly 10 years, with over 500 members, we actively encourage tortoise welfare through a wide variety of projects including talks, educational events. All experience levels welcome.

Subscription: Automatic membership once you have attended 3 meetings, information days or special check-up events. Join our free e-newsletters or receive by post for small fee. Monthly meetings £1 per person, children under 12 years of age free!

Annual General Meeting

Weds 19th November 2014

The Norfolk Tortoise Club Annual General Meeting will be held at 8pm on Weds 19th November 2014 at:

St Francis Hall, 100 Rider Haggard Rd, Norwich NR7 9UQ

Nominations are invited to stand for the committee, which will be voted in at the AGM. You must be there on the night to vote.

For the purposes of this election a member will be entitled to stand for committee and/or vote at the Annual General Meeting if he/she has attended a minimum of 2 club nights or volunteer activities in the last 12 months, and is over the age of 14yrs.

Nominations:
Must be received by the club by 17:00 hrs on the 5th November 2014.

You may nominate yourself, in writing, to the Club Secretary either by:

      * Email to:  info@tortoiseclub.org

Please include the following in your nomination:
Your Name,
The name of a seconder [who must also fit the criteria above]
