Norfolk Tortoise Club Committee
Norfolk Tortoise Club is run by a committee of volunteers elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at the end of each year.
The 2016/17 committee consists of the following members:
- Kayleigh Maguire (Chair)
- Eleanor Tirtasana Chubb (Secretary)
- Bob Summers (Treasurer)
- Julie Smith (General Member)
- Gary White (General Member)
- Rosemary McPherson (General Member)
- Kay Montandon (General Member)
- 3 x vacant General Member posts.
Club Constitution and Charity application.
The committee intends to apply for charity status in 2017, in order to do so the club requires a more robust constitution. Charity status will allow the club to accept more financial donations including legacies, this will further allow us to continue our work to improve captive tortoise welfare.
A new constitution was voted in by a majority vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Saturday 25th February 2017.

The committee meets as necessary to discuss the running of the club. Members are also welcome to attend these meetings, submit items for discussion and view copies of the minutes taken. Please contact us for further information.
